Augh! I haven't visited in a few days, and you're producing like a mad artist! But I was noticing, in this one and the ranucula, that you make good use of diagonals. This is kind of cool, too, because it gets lighter in the background, rather than the other way around.
Connie, I have a tendency to put things straight. So thanks for the encouragement. I am doing this in pastel and I may post it half way done to see what you think. I have made it much larger as I am trying to get pastel work going for a number of events. I have found that my little paintings are good to work into bigger work. I should let you be your own judge on that.
