Perhaps a Persimmon 8x8 oil

I say perhaps , because I am not sure it looks like a persimmon.  More like a large strawberry.  These persimmons, I got at the produce store, are just beautiful and I need to stay with them to see if I can actually convey the fabulous color and shine.  I fear I will just eat them before I can do them justice.  The paint is much more intense than it appears.

I have had some serious thought of selling these things I post, but I fear if I can not get the photography right that the buyer would not get what they thought they were getting.  I think that the painting is always better in person, but that is just me.
