"SWEET TEARS"

8x8, oil on 3/8 gesso panel, $100.00

An unlikely pair, these two.  Funny how still life set ups turn out.  A knife, a pear and an onion, breaking down space on a two dimensional surface.  Doesn't always make sense.  Although I have had a salad I like very much that has these two in it.  I like the color most of all.  Again hoping for fall to arrive.

They are lovely colors! Fall has arrived here, hope it comes your way. It a very unlikely pair, you made me contemplate recipes where you would include both.

You did a great job on this--love the purple with the golds!

I've had a wonderful salad with pears, walnuts and feta cheese in it. I could have licked the plate!

Very autumnal! Love the rich yellows and the onion is amazingly painted.
