I am still working with pastels and it is getting much easier to take everything out and work on site. Although I just got some new paint and want to work with it. Maybe now that summer is really here for me, and I have a month to paint, I can do both.

I am in awe of your talent and your works! Wow! The colors! My trail ran through Deborah's, then John P.'s sites, in the hope of finding someone like myself, but with more courage to allow criticism. I am stilll new at this, but always hoping to fit into some sort of niche, comfortably. I, too, needed a place to hang work, and be able to return. I appreciate your opening note. Bookmark? YES!
Thanks for stopping by. This blog has been a very big step in my process. I appreciate what people have to say. This has also been a record of my own growth. I have been the most consistant in my commitment to art as an everyday part of my life. So keep going.
Thank you. I shall make a change.
Dori, I'd share my lunch with you anytime. Where should we go next week? I enjoy your creative process when we are out.
Gorgeous! Painterly and impressionistic. I really like the feeling I get of standing in the shade and seeing sunshine through a shadowy tunnel.
I hope no one had pizza. ; )
Thanks again and I am game for next week. I just have to keep the pastel work going. Down town Orange...Oh Oh Oh, how about the Wednesday morning outdoor market in old town Tustin. It doesn't have to be Wednesday. We'll talk.
Silvina thank you. I have been meaning to get over to you and tell you just how much I love the dove painting. the story was good too! Why not pizza, that sounds great.
