Boat Service 10 x 8 oil

It was an over cast morning at the boat service station next to the Pavillion in Newport Beach.  Had a nice morning listening to the comings and goings of people at work while painting away.
After I had a chance to see art work for sale at the old Fun Zone by the artists of SOCALPAPA.  This passed week they sponsored a paint out called SOCALPAPA Paints the Peninsula.  It was a very art filled day...thank you very much!

This turned out nicely. It was such a busy scene and you made it look so easy to paint!

I'm still figuring out what I want to do with my boats. Hopefully, I'll improve it.

Dori,
Oh, how nice to see a painting of an overcast day. I'd be happy with one little cloud at this point. This turned out very, very nicely.

Kim,
It was very buzy and noisy too. It was so amazing all the sounds that we could hear at 8 am on a weekend. The scene was a challenge and with all the boats parking in front of our view it is amazing we came away with anything, but it was fun.

Silvina,
I bet it has been warm out by you. It has been hot here too and muggy. I just read your bio. Love the background. Is that new?
