FALL

6x9, oil, $90.00
Recently I was in Portland for a workshop and had the wonderful opportunity to experience Fall in the Pacific Northwest.  Unbelievable color everywhere.  It was a delightful gift to see.  I could not take enough photos of the neighborhood leaves falling on the wet streets after the rain.  I love seeing the atmospheric conditions in other places.  The light is so different.  It was a great trip.

This painting really shows how fall can make the ground & the sky combine to be nearly indistinguishable. Lovely!

Wow- beautiful colors and what a wonderful job on the street and the way it appears to go on forever.....love that first car on the left with its headlights and grill!

You've really captured the tree canopy, I almost feel like I'm walking through an autumn tunnel. Love the brush stokes in the road and shafts of sunlight coming through

I can almost hear the drip, drip, drip of last night's rain off the leaves. Beautiful! So glad you came up to Portland and I hope you'll be back again.
