Clouds?

Okay, so I didn't put it away.  I warmed up the forground a tad.  I thought the sky was too dominate to be so plain.  So what do you think?  Clouds or no clouds?

I always love clouds. My vote is for clouds.

Yes definitely, clouds!! They draw my eye into the scene more, and they glow, too.

Clouds...they point the viewer towards the building...great job!

Yes, clouds! Adding them near your focal point directs me to the area of interest. When they weren't there my eye stayed on the buildings and all the horizontal lines, the organic shape of the clouds breaks that up and adds another level. Good decision and beautiful!

Clouds! Please! Scene is much more dramatic, moody, interesting with them.

I like your new image much better- yes, the clouds are very important here, and the warmer colors throughout seem to add so much as well. Love your blog.

Yep. Clouds but not overbearing to the piece. From what I see you have started is pretty good. Just bring them out slightly more. Keep them kinda hazy so they wont compete with the rest of the picture.
Does look good with that warmer tone to it.
